This October, VaVia North Boston is celebrating its first anniversary! Since opening on October 27, 2025, the locally owned dumpster rental company has delivered dumpsters to driveways and job sites across the North Shore, helping homeowners, contractors, and business owners tackle projects of all sizes. As VaVia North Boston marks its first year, the team extends a heartfelt thank-you to every customer who has trusted them along the way.
Local Dumpster Rental from Someone Who Lives Here
VaVia North Boston is owned and operated by Adrianus Martens, a North Shore native who calls Amesbury home. Because he lives and works in the same communities his business serves, Adrianus understands how much a project depends on a dumpster arriving when promised and being picked up when the work is done.
That understanding shapes how VaVia North Boston operates, from scheduling deliveries to the care taken with every property the team visits.
Making Home Projects Easier
For homeowners, a dumpster is often the first step in a project that matters a great deal, whether it's a kitchen remodel, garage cleanout, roof replacement, or long-delayed spring cleaning.
Over the past year, VaVia North Boston has worked to make that first step as simple as possible. With same-day and next-day delivery options, homeowners can get started on their projects without unnecessary delays. The team's professional drivers also take care to place each dumpster precisely, with attention to protecting driveways and surrounding property.
Choosing the right dumpster size is one of the most common questions customers have. VaVia North Boston offers three roll-off dumpster options to accommodate a variety of projects:
- 10-yard dumpster (12' L x 4' H x 7.5' W): A good fit for smaller cleanouts, bathroom updates, and projects where space is limited.
- 15-yard dumpster (14' L x 5' H x 7.5' W): A versatile choice for mid-sized remodels, flooring replacements, and larger cleanouts.
- 20-yard dumpster (14' L x 6' H x 8' W): Built for major renovations, roofing projects, and jobs that generate a significant amount of material.
Customers who aren't sure which size is right for their project can contact the VaVia North Boston team for guidance.
Building Relationships with Local Contractors
For contractors, a dumpster is an essential part of keeping a job site moving. A late delivery or delayed pickup can disrupt a crew's schedule and slow down an entire project.
From day one, VaVia North Boston has focused on providing the dependable service local builders and remodelers need. That commitment has helped the business establish relationships and earn repeat business from contractors throughout the North Shore.
Adrianus is also an active member of the Northeast Builders & Remodelers Association (NEBA) and the Northshore Chamber. Through these organizations, he has built connections with local professionals and gained valuable insight into what contractors need from a reliable dumpster rental partner.
Serving the North Shore, One Project at a Time
As VaVia North Boston enters its second year, its commitment remains the same: making local dumpster rental easy, dependable, and personal.
The team proudly serves Andover, Haverhill, Newburyport, Peabody, Burlington, Lowell, and surrounding North Boston communities. Whether helping a homeowner clear out a garage or keeping a contractor's job site running smoothly, VaVia North Boston looks forward to many more years of serving its neighbors.
